ABOUT ADVENTURE TO HUMAN
Adventure to Human is a trauma-informed support coaching practice focused on nervous system healing, emotional safety, and relational repair.
This work is grounded in a Yin-based approach to healing, the natural counterpart to Yang. While Yang emphasizes effort, action, and problem-solving, Yin focuses on receptivity, presence, attunement, and restoration. Trauma often develops in environments that demand constant Yang — pushing through, staying functional, overriding internal signals. Healing requires restoring Yin.
Through education, somatic practices, and relational work, Adventure to Human helps people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and relearn how to listen to intuition — not as a mystical concept, but as the body’s innate intelligence. When the nervous system is regulated, intuition becomes clearer: signals of safety, boundaries, needs, and truth can be felt rather than analyzed.
About Raimee
I am a trauma-informed support coach and advocate with extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma, chronic stress, and systemic harm.
My work centers on restoring Yin capacity — the ability to pause, feel, receive, and listen inwardly — especially for those who have lived in prolonged survival states. This includes helping clients differentiate between trauma responses and intuitive knowing, so decisions are guided by grounded awareness rather than fear or urgency.
In many traditions, Yin is also referred to as the sacred feminine — not as a gender, but as a relational and internal orientation. My work supports the safe reclamation of this capacity, allowing intuition, self-trust, and connection to emerge naturally.
We are all doing the best that we can with the tools that we have... sometimes we just need healthier tools. This is exactly why Adventure To Human exists.
